Well, I have. And the best medicine is - Laughter!
Did you know that 2nd May is World's Laughter Day?
Some real facts about laughter : -
-Laughter makes your body relaxed for up to 45 minutes and relieves physical tensions too.
-Laughter could trigger the release of endorphins, which promotes an overall sense of well-being.
-Laughter could boost the immune system, where laughter decreases the stress hormones and increases the immune cells and infection-fighting antibodies, which improves resistance to disease.
-Laughter improves the function of blood vessels and increases blood flow, which could help protect against cardiovascular problems.
-Laughter improves one's mood, especially anger and sadness.
-Laughter could attract others to us, strengthens relationships and eases anxiety and fear.
-Laughter helps one to forget criticisms and problems.
So, try this everyday:-
* When you wake up, look at the mirror and give yourself a smile, you would realize that you have such a good looking face, no matter how messy you are.
*Slowly start laughing and if there's anyone beside you, tell them to laugh with you.
*While exercising or having shower, smile, smile & smile.
*When you have breakfast or while driving, keep on smiling.
*Continue to smile throughout the day (but when necessary only!)
*Before you go to bed, make sure you look at the mirror and laugh and then sleep tight!
You at least need to laugh for about 15 minutes per day. Laughing also lifts up your cheeks. Most people look younger at old age because they would have been laughing more.
So, Start Laughing Now :-)
